These are some of the things I started, continued to work on, and/or finished in 2008. You can find the whole shebang here. Thanks to Knitsonya for the inspiration — I hadn't planned on doing a mosaic. The organizing and subsequent reminiscing was quite enjoyable. I ended up spending all of today cleaning up a half year's worth of photos (oh, the disorder!), taking a few photos (including my first racy craft pic, ooh la la!), and trying to post. Now we're all neat and tidy, backed up, and posted. Whew!
Here's some things I'd like to do in 2009:
— Wear lipstick more often
— Take scary craft photos
— Have more fun
— Be in the moment
— Take more racy craft photos
— Make more chutney
— Learn to make goat cheese (Yo, blender?)
— Learn to like exercise
— Find more mushrooms
Thanks for hanging out at Green Kitchen. Y'all keep me going. Mwah!

I have a line on some raw goat milk. But then again, you undoubtedly do, too.
Your mosaic is inspirational and so are you. Verdict: awesome.
inspiring stuff:)
grea photos!
Happy New Year! Sensible new years list, sensational mosaic!
thank you for all you do. You continue to inspire me to be something MORE than I am. I too wish to "enjoy" exercising but fear I will still always hate it.
I hope to learn to sew this year. It is my goal. I am constantly amazed and excited whenever I see the beautiful projects you do. Happy New Year to you and everyone else.
Can't wait to see what you're up to in 2009.
What lovely accomplishments for 2008. I anxiously await what 2009 brings. Happy New Year!
Let me know when you have lots of milk and a free day and we can make cheese. Happy New Year. Mary Beth
Thank you for all of your creativeness! Look at all that amazing stuff. Lookin' forward to all your gonna do in the new year!
Did you wait all year to thank me for the inspiration, you are a sweetheart. And it just goes to show how "spookily" accurate that Michelle likeness quiz was - #1: Just bought some Stila lip stain and gloss yesterday. #8: need to do that too. #9: wanna meet up at the Fungus Fair nextg weekend? Happy, Happy New Year Michelle, I am so glad that our paths have crossed and converged!
I am with you on the lipstick but you lost me a goat cheese! I so love that little crocheted hat with the flowers. It feels like some fabulous Esther Williams crocheted bathing cap to me. I need to figure out how to crochet more than straight lines so I can make one!
Look at that year! I love it! :) And here's a vote in favor of both scary and racy craft photos. If anyone can pull those off, it's you. ox!!!
what a year!! :^) happy new year, friend. xo
I'm trying to do the "enjoy exercise" thing too. Looking forward to those racy craft photos, although I'm having a little trouble imagining what that might be. LOL! Happy New Year!
Oh! I'm so happy I found your blog!
Happy New Year Michelle!
Your blog is still as inspiring as it has always been.
Cheers to 2009!
Love the mosaic. Happy 2009 and good luck achieving your resolutions!
Hi! I like your creations. Your crafts are all uniquely designed. Can't wait to see more of it this 2009.
Yay for scary and racy craft photos!!
I love all your craft! I must learn how to do the mosaic thing...I used powerpoint to make a link to all my crafts from 2008 but I am sure a mosaic would be easier! I love Archie and Olive - I have always loved them, perhaps I should try to make them in 2009!
To many more projects in 2009!
hi, and thanks for visiting my blog! i'm glad you liked the viking shoe tutorial, i'd love to see the result if you make a pair someday. from a quick glance at your blog i can see that i will be spending some time in here - and i can see that you like 'little red' as well (and now you know 'the truth' about her;) )
You are my inspiration!! Everything is just beautiful!
Your one busy crafty Mama. I like your goals especially the one about having more fun.
Hello there,
Your craft work looks really nice and very inspirational. It must have been a busy year for you. Keep up the good work in 2009.
I think you might be interested to have a look on http://www.hobbything.com/ - hobby social network. You can show your work there and meet like-minded hobby people as well.
All the best
Dmitri
Your health is so important you should not risk it by taking chances. Go to the Gold’s gyms in College Station and have an expert show you how to take care of yourself physically.
I love the mosaic. It reminds me that what I want to do more of this year is to CRAFT for me.
I pulled my quilt top out but haven't gotten further. sheesh.
I can't wait to see what you come up with this year.
Just found your blog...great stuff!
